As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating personalized and memorable holiday experiences through meaningful conversations.
The successful applicant will have proven experience in leading and engaging a driven team to provide an optimal customer experience in a resort environment. They will also possess operational knowledge and experience in all hotel departments, including Front Office, Maintenance & Food and Beverage.

* You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Body Corporate.
* You will have a keen eye for detail and analytical mind, with strong financial acumen and management skills.
* You will be able to make sound decisions to ensure the hotel operates efficiently.
* You will be comfortable with face-to-face lead generation and have effective leadership, organisational and interpersonal communication skills.
