Due to rapid growth within the business, we have an opportunity available for a Smoke Alarm Technician to join our successful and passionate team around Sunshine Coast, within our Smoke Services Team.

As a Smoke Alarm Technician with DI, you will receive a base salary of $50,000 + super, performance bonus up to $10K, vehicle, phone, uniform and tools of the trade as well as:

Your day-to-day, that's packed with variety 
Reporting to the Smoke Services Supervisor, the purpose of your role is to make homes safer by installing, testing and servicing 9V battery powered smoke detectors in residential properties, as well as checking corded blinds are secured safely. 
The successful applicant will be required to work in and around the Sunshine Coast, North Brisbane and Gympie areas, so willingness to travel and a love of driving is a must! 
The night before each work day, you will receive a schedule on your phone that will assist you in managing appointments for the next day. You will start your day from home to your first appointment, whilst utilising an app to record your process. 
Please be aware travel time to your first appointment can be up to 1 hour from your home location and further trips in and around Sunshine Coast are required as part of the role._
