Director of Human Resources and Safety Services
The role of Director of Human Resources and Safety Services is to lead the effective administration of HR services and management of HR/Work Health and Safety systems. As a critical leadership position within the Human Resources & Safety Team, this role plays a key part in shaping the agency's approach to people management issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of HR practitioners to deliver high quality advice to employees on conditions of employment.
* Interpret and provide accurate, consistent and timely advice, both verbally and in writing, on complex employment frameworks.
* Monitor workload and prioritize urgent enquiries and process a high volume of correspondence.
* Deliver HR business improvement projects while maintaining the delivery of other team priorities.
