Responsibilities
* Brand consistency: Ensure all internal and external communications strictly adhere to brand guidelines (visual identity, tone of voice, messaging framework).
* Maintain and update brand guideline documents as required.
* Act as brand guardian across departments to ensure consistency in presentations, proposals, reports, and digital platforms.
* Review third-party or partner materials to ensure brand alignment.
* Support execution of brand initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership or external consultants.
* Content creation: Create and edit high-quality content for website pages, blogs, case studies, newsletters, brochures, and proposals.
* Develop engaging social media copy tailored to platform-specific audiences.
* Draft internal communications including announcements, campaign updates, and employee highlights.
* Translate technical or complex information into accessible marketing content.
* Assist in developing campaign messaging aligned with business objectives.
* Campaign ownership: Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google.
* Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
* Manage digital lead generation initiatives in alignment with growth objectives.
* Social media management: Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
* Schedule and publish posts across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn and Instagram, etc.).
* Monitor social media channels for engagement, comments, and brand mentions.
* Respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
* Track social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
* Website management: Own ongoing website updates and content optimisation.
* Upload case studies, news articles, team updates, and project highlights.
* Assist in basic SEO implementation including metadata, keyword strategy and content structure.
* Optimise content for AI discoverability and emerging search technologies to support long-term lead generation.
* Ensure compliance with accessibility and privacy standards.
* Monitor website analytics and provide insights for improvement.
* Capability statements and CV management: Maintain and update company capability statements to reflect current projects, services, and experience.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather updated project information and team CVs.
* Tailor capability statements and CVs for specific tenders or client requirements.
* Ensure CVs highlight key competencies, certifications, and project experience.
* Maintain version control and document management systems.
* Stakeholder and internal collaboration: Liaise with business units to source content and project updates.
* Support senior management with marketing materials for presentations and client meetings.
* Work closely with external agencies (designers, printers, digital consultants).
* Ensure marketing activities align with broader business strategy.
* Administrative and operational support: Maintain marketing asset library (images, logos, templates).
* Coordinate printing and production of marketing collateral.
* Support tender submissions with branded documentation.
* Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory and industry standards.
* Ensure all marketing documentation supports commercial positioning and growth objectives.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Experience working with Canva, design software and social media platforms
* Paid campaign experience – LinkedIn and Google
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently
