The Opportunity
We're seeking a Procurement Manager to drive strong governance, robust commercial outcomes, and continuous improvement across our category and supplier management. As a trusted expert and strategic advisor, you'll deliver best practice procurement outcomes that drive organization-wide efficiencies and benefits.
Reporting to the General Manager, Operations, you'll work with suppliers to deliver financial and non-financial benefits including cost savings, supply chain risk mitigation, and supplier innovation while providing executive-level insights that enable decision-making and identify opportunities for rationalization and aggregation.
What You'll Own
Procurement Management
* Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into procurement strategies
* Lead transparent tendering processes with clear evaluation criteria
* Present procurement strategies and performance to Executive Leadership
* Provide commercial guidance and procurement expertise across the business
Supplier Relationship & Performance Management
* In collaboration with internal owners, build and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers across product, packaging, logistics, warehousing IT and facilities.
* Conduct regular supplier business reviews and monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, quality, compliance)
* Drive performance improvements and manage escalations to resolution
* Ensure service continuity and develop contingency plans for mission-critical categories
Procurement Process & Compliance
* Optimize end-to-end procurement processes ensuring efficiency and policy compliance
* Ensure suppliers meet quality standards and all regulatory requirements
* Manage annual procurement budget and deliver cost savings targets
* Drive continuous improvement through supplier consolidation and process efficiency
Supplier Sourcing, Contracting and Purchasing
1. Identify and qualify suppliers through RFx processes and capability assessments
2. Negotiate commercial terms including pricing,
