Job Role Summary
This casual role requires a proactive and reliable Administration Officer to support our mobile Occupational Therapy services.
The successful candidate will have past medical administration experience, preferably in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
The Administration Officer will be responsible for invoicing, Xero reconciliation, client record management, ordering resources, and providing administrative support services to the Director.
They will also implement confidentiality and manage sensitive information, collaborate with patients, referrers, and other stakeholders, and create marketing content.
Key Responsibilities:
* Invoicing and financial management
* Xero reconciliation and account management
* Client record management and data protection
* Resource ordering and procurement
* Administrative support services to the Director
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Past medical administration experience
* Preference for NDIS experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xero
