The Managing Director
will lead the commercial and sales strategy for Australia overseeing key locations in NSW & WA. Major responsibilities include developing and executing the sales strategic plan, deepening customer engagement, delivering on strategic negotiations, and embedding a customer-led culture across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the Sales Strategic Plan, driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention and identifying new market segments
* Drive sales excellence and capability development, coaching and empowering a high-performing, self-sufficient sales team.
* Strengthen regional integration between our factories to optimise sourcing, supply, and service across the region.
* Foster deep customer partnerships, leading strategic negotiations, large RFPs, and collaborative forecasting to deliver best in class outcomes.
Requirements
We're seeking an accomplished commercial leader with the strategic mindset and financial capability. You'll bring:
* Proven success in senior sales or commercial leadership, ideally machinery manufacturing, automotive manufacturing or industrial manufacturing.
* Strong financial and strategic acumen, with a record of delivering revenue and profit growth and optimising value from manufacturing assets.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing, customer-focused teams.
* Strong personal values built on respect and trust, enabling long-term customer partnerships.
* Experience operating effectively in a matrix-style environment.
