Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough inspections on products and components to guarantee compliance with specifications
* Perform comprehensive functional, dimensional, and visual inspections using precision tools
* Document defects and collaborate with production teams to resolve issues efficiently
* Maintain accurate records of inspections and test results for future reference
* Support the development of quality control procedures to enhance overall product quality
* Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to schematics and technical drawings
* Evaluate the proper alignment and functionality of assembled parts to ensure seamless integration
* Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to troubleshoot technical issues and improve processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate III in Electronics or a related field
* Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing environments
* Proficiency in factory acceptance testing and calibration of sensors
* Strong soldering skills and ability to assemble electronic components accurately
* Excellent understanding of electrical schematics and technical drawings
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office and technical software applications
* Effective communication and documentation skills to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing
