Finmec is an experienced maintenance provider to the mining, transport, civil and private industries. We are an authorised service provider to many OEM's and pride ourselves on being able to adapt to meet our customers' requirements. Our services cover the state of Western Australia with our core competencies and areas of expertise covering on-site support services, workshop services, equipment rental, and responsive field service teams. We are a Port Hedland Locally owned business made up of qualified Heavy Duty Mechanics, Light Vehicle Mechanics, Auto Electrician, HV Electricians, Boilermakers, and more.


Position

* Maintenance Administrator.
* Fixed Term 12-Month Contract.
* Position is based in the Port Hedland Workshop - Must be living locally for this role.


Roster

* 5&2 (Weekday).


Remuneration Additional

* Accommodation Allowance ~ Beginning at $430.00 per week worked.


Key Responsibilities

Carry out daily activities and operations to ensure smoother running of workshop tasks and office administration duties while adhering to company policies and procedures.

* Complete administrative duties with internal departments while working alongside the workshop and site support admin.
* Assisting Maintenance team with booking in Maintenance and repair work, quoting, and date entry.
* Front line customer support.
* Assist with the mobilisation, on boarding and day to day enquires from employees, contractors, clientele, and suppliers.
* Book in training and medicals for personnel.
* Organise flights and accommodation for site support personnel.
* Establish a positive working relationships with clientele, employees, contractors and supplier.
* Data entry of qualifications and other documentation.
* Maintain confidentiality of personal information provided by employees, contractors, and management.
* Uniform and personal protective equipment ordering.
* Upkeep of the Roster with all new swing requirements, flights, accommodation, and bookings.
* Submit reports and prepare presentations, proposals or as assigned.
* Assist with end of month duties.
* Ensure a safe work environment is always maintained and provide positive leadership in the business by developing a strong safety culture in accordance with Finmec HSE policy.
