We are seeking an experienced and versatile Truck Driver to join our team at DemolitionWA, based in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.
Travel the most beautiful areas of the state. coral Bay, Esperance, Albany and everywhere in between.
In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects by operating a variety of vehicles and equipment.
What you'll be doing
* Safely operate and maintain a range of trucks, including rigid trucks, semi-trailers and tippers
* Load and unload materials, equipment and waste using appropriate lifting techniques and tools
* Carry out pre-start checks and routine maintenance on the vehicles to ensure they are in good working order
* Assist with general site duties as required, such as traffic management and site clean-up
* Adhere to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
* Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
What we\'re looking for
* A valid Heavy Rigid (MC) driver\'s licence, with experience operating a range of commercial vehicles
* Proficient in using heavy lifting equipment, such as forklifts
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Flexibility to work on different construction sites as required
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative work environment
