About Us:
We are a well-established and growing motel located in Tweed Heads, close to Gold Coast Airport and major local attractions. We provide comfortable and clean accommodation to both leisure and corporate guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily motel operations and ensure smooth running of the business
* Manage reservations and online booking platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.)
* Supervise housekeeping and coordinate maintenance tasks
* Handle guest enquiries, check-in/check-out, and customer service
* Monitor occupancy, pricing, and revenue performance
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures
Requirements:
* At least 1–2 years experience in hospitality or accommodation management
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage daily operations
* Experience with hotel booking systems is preferred
* Flexible availability including weekends
