Senior Project Manager (TSPV):
Essential criteria
1. Experience working with senior executives to shape outcomes and achieve traction and deliver complex ICT projects, along with an ability to:
2. monitor, track and report on the status of deliverables
3. ensure schedules, cost and quality metrics are in line with agreed artefacts
4. track, monitor and report against baselined financials
5. identify and resolve issues
6. demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
7. Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills:
8. ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with a range of stakeholders
9. build and maintain effective working relationships with technical professionals, team members and stakeholders.
10. Ability to establish an agreed set of priorities, frameworks, and methodologies to deliver quality outcomes:
11. ensure tools, templates and processes are adhered to
12. experience delivering projects in various methodologies (Prince2, MSP, Agile, SAFe, Hybrid)

Organisational Change Manager (NV2 & TSPV):
Essential criteria
* Demonstrated 5+ years' experience in organisational change management
* Demonstrated experience in leading organisational change initiatives in complex technology based environments using structured methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR).
* Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels to achieve change outcomes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop clear change messaging
* Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult, negotiate, liaise with a variety of stakeholders to influence outcomes.
* Experience in integrating change management activities into project plans and ensuring successful adoption of new processes or systems.
* Ability to assess organisational impacts, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Capability to coach leaders and teams through change and foster a positive change culture
Senior Business Analyst (NV2 & TSPV)
Essential criteria
1. Exceptional ability to confidently elicit and define epics, user stories & acceptance criteria following best practice principles as well as identifying and defining non-functional requirements (NFR).
2. Exceptional communication skills and ability to facilitate interviews, workshops and engage with a wide variety of stakeholders to successfully document business processes and requirements. Apply and monitor appropriate use of modelling and analysis tools, methods and standards.
3. Ability and experience in the application of user centred design principles and tools including personas, service blueprints and journey maps to ensure technology investments meet user requirements and align with business goals and strategic objectives.
4. Experience applying Business Analysis practice to Business Problems supporting solution development in an emerging technology area.
5. Seven+ years experience in a similar role.
