The Opportunity
Are you passionate about transforming and improving student and staff experience through improved systems and processes? Do you thrive on collaboration, problem-solving and improving how things work? This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across the entire student lifecycle.
You will work with a wide range of student administration teams and academic units, across multiple systems to understand stakeholder needs, gather insights and co-design improvements that reduce risk, streamline operations and improve student experience. You will lead service enhancement initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects and contribute to development of consistent, efficient and student-centred services.
Using your analytical skills, you will generate insights that inform support strategic planning, compliance and evidence-based decision making, while championing transparent and timely student service delivery. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration, data-informed practices and student-focused thinking.
You will also document and maintain key business processes and functional requirements, ensuring clarity, consistency and long-term sustainability across the Registrar's Portfolio.
This is a full-time, ongoing position based at our Penrith campus, with hybrid working arrangements available subject to approval.

About You

You will also have:
* A tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, Education or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
* Proven experience engaging stakeholders across diverse academic and professional teams to understand requirements and co-design effective improvements.
* Demonstrated ability to lead service improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
* Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting data to produce meaningful, actionable insights.
* Experience documenting business processes, functional requirements and developing high-quality support materials.
* Highly developed communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence, facilitate and uphold student-centred service excellence.

Remuneration Package:
HEW Level 7 - $124,203 to $133,967 p.a. (comprising Salary of $104,953 to $113,204 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
