The Role / Key Responsibilities
We’re seeking an experienced Safety & Training Advisor to join our team. This role is hands-on and focused on:
Delivering and assessing training to meet Rangecon and client standards
Supporting onboarding and induction of new employees
Conducting task observations, audits, and inspections
Keeping accurate training and compliance records
Identifying training gaps, recommending improvements and helping close them
Assisting with incident reporting and data capture
You’ll work closely with supervisors and Rangecon Management to lift capability across the workforce and strengthen our safety culture.
What You’ll Bring
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)
Underground mining experience (minimum 5 years)
Current driver’s licence
Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Robust communication and engagement skills

Pre-Employment Requirements
Candidates will be required to complete the following prior to employment confirmation:
Site inductions
Pre-employment medical
Drug and alcohol screen
National police check (must be provided before a job offer is extended)
