ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Chef to join our close-knit team on part-time basis at our superb venue Breakers Country Club in Wamberal, NSW!
As a Chef, your role will consist of preparing and cooking a variety of dining options whilst maintaining the highest standards and executing high quality, wholesome and well-presented meals for our customers to ensure that we continue to create memorable experiences.
More specifically, some of your key duties will include:
* Manage efficient and high quality food preparation
* Maintain presentation and consistency of food served
* Service and prepare for all bistro and function meals
* Monitoring of stock levels and complete stock rotations
* Ensure compliance to food handling practices and general cleaning duties
* Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of food quality
ABOUT YOU
To be successful for this role, you should have the following:
* Previous experience working in a high paced Kitchen
* Hold a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
* Hold a Food Handling Certificate
* Exceptional communication skills
* Ability to work a flexible roster, which includes days, night, weekends and public holidays
