About the role & where you’ll be working: You’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth, safe and high quality operation of Frank Prendergast House. As Facility Manager, you will: Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations, legislation and safety standards Monitor resources, optimise operational efficiency and manage within approved budgets Develop, implement and maintain effective policies, procedures and systems Coordinate the timely and accurate completion of funding tool documentation Identify, assess and manage organisational and clinical risks, ensuring accreditation standards are consistently met and maintained Lead and participate in the recruitment, selection and onboarding of staff About You You may already be an experienced Care or Facility Manager, or you may be a Registered Nurse with strong clinical leadership experience who is ready to step into a broader management role. You bring strong business acumen, excellent people leadership skills and a deep understanding of what great customer service looks like in aged care. You’re confident in influencing and negotiation, skilled at building relationships, and able to approach challenges with a solutions‑focused mindset.
