Your new role
As a Talent (Content) Producer, you'll be responsible for sourcing, managing, and coordinating talent for video and social media content. You'll play a key role in identifying compelling stories, building relationships with participants, and aligning talent with strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with internal teams to understand storytelling and talent needs.
* Researching and sourcing appropriate talent both internally and externally.
* Managing talent logistics, including shoot coordination and expectation-setting.
* Overseeing consent documentation and maintaining an up-to-date consent library.
* Creating and maintaining a custom talent directory across key cohorts.
* Proactively pitching story and content opportunities based on talent insights.
* Monitoring influencers and opinion leaders in the disability space for strategic alignment.
* Identifying and leveraging social media trends to enhance engagement.
* Working with the Social Media Team to analyse performance data and improve talent strategies.
* Building strong relationships with creative teams to ensure talent aligns with project goals.
