As a Support Coordinator, you will be empowered to make a real difference in the lives of people living with neurological conditions. You will provide impactful social welfare interventions, helping individuals and families adapt to changes and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Empower clients to navigate the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
* Connect clients with vital support services
* Provide guidance on NDIS funding and assist with budgeting
Requirements:
* Diploma in Community Services or Social Welfare (or equivalent)
* Current Australian 'C' Class Driver's Licence with no restrictions
* Valid First Aid & CPR certificate (less than 12 months old)
* Strong understanding of NDIS funding and experience with NDIS plans
