About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment with high stock turnover and foot traffic. Your key responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining premium visual standards, and fostering an inspiring team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate lasting relationships with clients by delivering elevated, personalised service.
Inspire and guide a motivated sales team to exceed performance goals.
Oversee daily operations, including stock management, styling, and visual presentation.
Maintain high boutique standards and team engagement in a high-traffic setting.
Drive sales, performance, and customer loyalty in a fashion-first environment.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in retail management or senior sales, ideally in premium or luxury brands.
A passion for fashion, styling, and creating memorable client experiences.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A proactive approach, with energy and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
