Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to fill the role of Foreman. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting their crew, championing safety, planning and coordinating work, sharing expertise, driving improvement and collaborating across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support your crew - provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to help team members perform at their best.
* Champion safety - maintain and promote the highest safety standards across all work activities.
* Plan and coordinate work - set clear targets, manage schedules and organise parts, labour and tooling to keep jobs running smoothly.
* Share your expertise - assist with complex diagnostics and failure analysis to get repairs done right the first time.
* Drive improvement - contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that boost efficiency, quality and safety.
* Collaborate across teams - work with other Foremen and service teams to ensure all customer needs are met on time.

* Proven leadership skills and experience in a supervisory role.
