Role Overview
QinetiQ is a global technology and engineering company dedicated to protecting lives and securing the future. We are looking for experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) professionals to lead Defence records management activities in support of the P3 Orion aircraft. The role is based in Edinburgh, South Australia.
Responsibilities
* Lead a small team of military reservists to achieve sentencing and archiving outcomes.
* Provide fortnightly status updates on progress and forecasting to the Business Management Unit Information Manager.
* Match digitised files with metadata within the Electronic Document and Records Management System (Objective).
* Conduct sentencing and archiving of Objective files for the AP-3C platform in accordance with the National Archive Act.
* Provide integrated work package monthly reports as required.
Qualifications
* A relevant formal qualification or equivalent experience.
* Prior experience in integrated logistics support, logistic engineering, or a related field within the Defence environment or an adjacent industry.
* Experience with Electronic Document and Records Management Systems, ideally Objective.
* Ability to lead and motivate others.
* Superior communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
* Well‑developed report‑writing abilities.
