About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industry Operations Coordinator to support the operational delivery of our industry engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Industry Operations Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in coordinating key delivery frameworks, supporting internal teams, and ensuring high-quality, compliant and people-first service delivery across all stakeholder touchpoints.

This role sits at the centre of Industry Operations and works closely with Industry Partners, mentors, facilitators, students and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination, strong relationships and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Support and maintain positive relationships with Industry Partners, ensuring timely issue resolution and accurate record keeping
* Coordinate operational delivery of key programs, including:

* Auspice and online delivery frameworks

* Alumni engagement workflows
* Refer & Earn programs
* 1:1 Flexible Mentor programs
* Campus Club delivery programs
* Support onboarding, lifecycle management and offboarding of Industry Partners, mentors and facilitators
* Monitor and maintain compliance documentation, including insurance and regulatory requirements
* Coordinate website and system updates to reflect current delivery and partner information
* Assist with timetable setup, attendance tracking and reporting requirements
* Support Industry Support Officers with operational queries and system processes
* Monitor shared inboxes, dashboards and service channels, escalating issues where required
* Assist with performance monitoring against KPIs and SLAs
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practice

About You

You are a confident, organised and solutions-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. You bring strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.

You will bring:

* Experience in a coordination, operations or industry-facing role (VET sector experience highly regarded)
* Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational, prioritisation and execution capabilities
* A proactive and collaborative working style
* Experience working within compliance-driven or regulated environments
* Qualifications (desirable):
* Diploma of Business or related qualification
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* Management qualification or equivalent experience
