We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Duty Operations Coordinator.
About the Job
* Schedule patient transfers by air and road, utilizing exceptional time management skills.
* Effectively keep track of crews and vehicles already on the move, ensuring seamless communication.
* Respond to calls and provide clear, timely information, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
* Collaborate with aircraft engineers, doctors, nurses, pilots, and drivers to resolve problems when plans change, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth handover to the next shift, highlighting attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will possess confidence in using computers, be highly organized, and think clearly under pressure. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to work shifts, including weekends, are essential.
