About the Role
We're looking for aClinical Directorto join our high-performing2-doctor Wagga Wagga clinic, which sees:
******* patient visits per week
***** new patients per week
A loyal, engaged community that values results-based chiropractic care
You'll step into aleadership positionwith an established patient base and the backing of proven systems, marketing, and support.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering world-class corrective chiropractic care
Leading your team and driving clinic culture
Managing clinical performance and patient outcomes
Growing your book and unlocking profit share as you progress
Collaborating with senior leadership to hit key growth targets
What You'll Bring
3–5 years of experience as a practicing chiropractor
Strong adjusting and communication skills
Confidence in delivering care recommendations and results
Familiarity with The Remarkable Practice or Brad Glowaki systems (advantageous)
A drive to lead, grow, and make an impact in your community
