Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Team Member is an integral member of our customer-facing team and will effectively deliver store operations activities in support of a sales-focused culture and profitable sales growth.

Responsibilities
- Deliver effective store administration in line with standard procedures, including cash handling, banking integrity, and tendering transactions.
- Manage store multi-channel fulfilment and stock integrity; handle telephone enquiries and support marketing and promotional activity.
- Contribute to financial performance through inventory management and control of expenses.
- Manage all sales channel fulfilment in line with procedures and work collaboratively to deliver a positive store and channel experience for customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries as required and contribute to brand presentation through merchandising and in-store marketing.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge via available online platforms and development opportunities.
