They focus on business improvements in terms of process, systems, and efficiencies, as well as the personal growth of our Sales agents and Team Managers / PA’s.What Your Day Will Look LikeTraining and Onboarding of Property Consultants, Sales Associates and Team ManagersOngoing deal support and coachingCompletion of projects as agreed within the Sales Management teamCollaborating with the rest of Sales Management to provide outstanding customer service internally, and ensuring the continual growth of the Sales teamReviewing Sales systems and processes and innovating in this spaceWho We AreHarris Real Estate is an undeniable success story.
