TQM Design & Construct – SydneyTQM Design & Construct is seeking a motivated Property Manager / Post-Construction Coordinator to support the management of completed residential developments and assist with post-construction defect coordination.This role sits between property management, strata coordination, and construction delivery, requiring someone who can communicate effectively with owners, strata committees, contractors, and consultants while protecting the developer's interests.Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in the construction or building industry.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty & Strata ManagementLiaise with strata committees, building managers, and owners regarding building mattersAttend and contribute to AGM, BMC, GM, and committee meetings where requiredCommunicate professionally in both written correspondence and meetings to resolve issues and support decision-makingCoordinate routine building services and maintenance with trades and contractorsPost-Construction & Defects CoordinationManage defect and maintenance matters across completed developmentsSchedule and coordinate maintenance personnel and contractors across multiple sitesMonitor defect rectification timelines and prioritise urgent issuesAssist in preventing unnecessary escalations from owners, strata managers, and building managersReporting & DocumentationReview and interpret defect reports from consultants and engineersPrepare simplified reports and instructions for site personnelAttend site meetings and online meetings with consultants, contractors, and stakeholdersAbout YouStrong written and verbal communication skillsDiplomatic and confident communicator in meetings and negotiationsHighly organised and able to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable attending evening strata meetings when requiredBasic understanding of building standards or willingness to research and confirm with project managers.What We OfferExposure to high-quality residential developments delivered by TQMA role bridging property management and constructionOpportunity to work closely with project managers, consultants, and strata stakeholders
