About the role
Alpha Allied Health is seeking experienced Remedial Massage Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists and Occupational Therapists to join our team working in the community across the Hervey Bay QLD region.
This is a role offering flexible work arrangements to balance your professional and personal commitments.
What you'll be doing
* Conducting home visits to community clients in the Hervey Bay, QLD Predominately working with an adult to older-adult caseload. Locations dependent on the profession and staff member location
* Providing education and support to patients and their families
* Maintaining detailed patient records and contributing to the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of treatment outcomes.
What we're looking for
* Diploma in Remedial Massage and Professional Membership or
* Tertiary Qualifications and Professional Membership in Podiatry, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Dietetics or Speech Pathology.
* Current AHPRA/ ESSA/ DA/ SPA registration is required at the time of application
* Minimum of 1 years experience
* Excellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of evidence-based practices
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Demonstrated time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.
* Own reliable vehicle and current driver's licence are required for conducting home visits.
