About the Role

This position is a key liaison for the University's partnership with Ivanhoe Grammar School (IGS), Charles La Trobe College, and other strategic partners. The role involves stakeholder relationship management, planning, coordinating, and managing required campus resources.


Responsibilities

* External stakeholder relationship building and management with key staff within partner organizations.
* Coordination of activities and events for partner schools and organizations.
* Development of programs and events, including liaison with academic staff.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
