The role
As a Sales Specialist at Pneumatic Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. This newly created position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to shape and implement sales processes, strategies, and initiatives across both traditional and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives across both traditional and online channels
Build appropriate sales processes and ensure efficient utilisation of current CRM
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts
Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions
Provide monthly reporting on sales performance and forecasts to the Managing Director
What we are looking for
Proven experience in sales and business development within the pneumatic and hydraulic manufacturing industry
In-depth knowledge of industry products, market trends, and customer needs
Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective sales processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience with MYOB Advanced and Phocas (highly regarded)
