About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while assisting clients through the vehicle purchasing journey. You will build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and present Volvo's innovative vehicle range with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales process
* Guide customers through Volvo's range of premium vehicles and features
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business
* Achieve individual and team sales targets
* Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on enquiries
* Work collaboratively with the broader dealership team to deliver a seamless customer experience
About You
* Passionate about customer service and building relationships
* Motivated, driven, and results-focused
* A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Well-presented and qualified
* Able to work in a fast-paced team workplace
* Automotive sales experience is desirable but not essential
