Our clinic in Thuringowa is seeking enthusiastic and talented medical receptionist to join the team.
This is a casual position working between Monday to Friday when required.
You will work with a fantastic team who continue to develop their operations to achieve outstanding success.
Responsibilities
- Driving the delivery of high-quality reception
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care with confidentiality, respect and empathy
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers

Qualifications
- Ability to cover shifts during the week for annual leave and unplanned leave
- Experience in a reception or administration role (highly desirable)
- Solid customer service skills and experience
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
