Our Canberra Stores are looking for motivated Customer Service Assistants to join their team. At Sindhiz Management Pty Ltd, our Stores are growing and we need YOU
We operate TSG & Cignall Retail Stores and pride ourselves on our friendly and professional service. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the face of our business and the 1st point of contact for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers in a friendly yet professional manner face to face
- Provide exceptional customer service upholding our strong reputation
- Maintain the visual standards of the store and our brands
- Cash handling, EFTPOS and balancing at the end of the shift
- Stock replenishment, stock take and the processing of stock deliveries
**Who are you?**
- You will have at least 1 years' experience in Customer Service and cash handling
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced Retail environment
- A passion for meeting and exceeding Sales Targets and Store KPI's
- A quick learner
- Flexible to work morning, afternoon and weekend shifts
- Fun, energetic and professional with a flair for exceeding customer expectations

Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $21.00 - $34.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Queanbeyan, NSW 2620: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
