The Position
In the role of Leasing Consultant your main responsibilities will include:
* Organise and attend open for inspections
* Manage the leasing and routines of an immaculately maintained portfolio
* Take rental enquiries, follow up email, and phone enquiries
* Process rental applications and reference check tenants
* Prepare lease agreements and sign-up new tenants
* Liaise with tenants and landlords throughout the leasing process
* Advertise and update property listings online
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role Leasing Executive will have:
* A current COR or be in the progress of obtaining their licence
* Passion for real estate and property and a vision to progress your career long-term
* Ideally some experience in real estate, whether it be in an Admin, Leasing, or Sales role
* Immaculate personal presentation and a highly professional demeanour
* Exceptional people skills and a genuine drive to achieve results
* Strong organisational skills and ability to cope with a high-volume workload
* Someone with a real passion for real estate who wants to carve a long-term career
* First class written and verbal communication skills
* Valid driver's licence and reliable car
