* Store management: overseeing the smooth operation of the store, including team supervision and inventory management.
* Professional patient counselling: providing complete patient care solutions and maintaining strong interpersonal skills to ensure excellent customer service.
* Prescription dispensing: accurately and efficiently dispensing prescriptions using MyScripts.
* Leadership and teamwork: supervising Interns, Student Pharmacists, and dispensary Assistants, promoting a collaborative work environment.
