Care Done Differently is growing, and we're looking for passionate, reliable Support Workers to join our team across the Wollongong–Kiama and Nowra regions.
About the Role
* 20–30 hours per week, with potential to increase
* Overnight shifts: 10:00pm – 10:00am, inclusive of an inactive overnight component**
* Shifts available across weekdays and weekends
* Supporting spinal and stroke participants
* Duties may include in-home supports, overnight monitoring, personal care as required, community access, and daily living assistance
* Workers are carefully matched with participants to ensure the right fit and continuity of care
* Supporting participants to achieve their goals, independence, and quality of life
What We're Looking For
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), Mental Health, or related field
(or willingness to enrol and complete)
* Experience with personal care, manual handling, and medication administration
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Strong communication skills, reliability, and a genuine caring approach
