At the heart of our mission to provide personalized healthcare lies a vital role: elevating our social media presence. As our Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging content that resonates with our audience.
We are looking for an individual with a keen sense of brand tone and visual style who can craft compelling narratives that drive engagement and build trust. Your expertise in content and video editing tools such as Canva, Cap Cut, Final Cut/Premier Pro, Figma, or native app editors will enable you to create high-quality content that meets our brand standards.
Your ability to learn what drives engagement with our audience and scale up successful ideas will be crucial in shaping our online presence. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to experiment and learn, running small tests across formats, hashtags, and posting strategies to continuously improve our content.
As a key member of our team, you will also engage with our audience by surfacing compelling stories, product moments, and community conversations that foster trust and loyalty. Your strong communication skills and ability to write short-form copy will ensure that our brand voice remains consistent across all platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience working on social media, whether in-house, at an agency, or on personal or passion projects
* Familiarity with content and video editing tools
* Strong sense of brand tone and visual style
* Comfortable writing short-form copy
* Curious and proactive approach to learning and improving
