Here's What You'll Be Doing:
* Preparing and hand-stretching dough for traditional wood-fired pizzas.
* Operating and maintaining the Marana Forni wood-fired pizza oven.
* Delivering consistent, high-quality pizzas during busy service.
* Collaborating with a professional kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
* Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and organisation at all times.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
* Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, ideally with Marana Forni ovens.
* Strong hand-stretching technique and dough preparation skills.
* Ability to thrive under pressure during peak service.
* Attention to detail, consistency, and pride in presentation.

Hours of Work:
* Wednesday: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
* Thursday: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
* Friday: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
* Saturday: 5:00pm – 9:00pm
* Sunday: 11:00am – 3:00pm, 5:00pm – 9:00pm
