About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Support managers on new employee appointments to ensure successful onboarding.
* Coordinate employees' reviews at 3 and 6 months, escalating performance concerns before probation completion.
* Manage company immigration, employee working rights, and sponsorship as required.
* Provide guidance on employee relations and internal HR policies.
Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred but not required.
2. High-level Microsoft Office skills, including reporting abilities.
3. Flexibility to succeed in dynamic environments.
