About the Position
We are looking to welcome an Administration Intake and Program Support Officer to deliver high quality administration and customer service support to the Act for Kids South Brisbane Family Domestic and Sexual Violence Therapy Services.
* Part Time 0.8FTE opportunity.
* Level 3 under the SCHCADS award. Salary range is $76,377 - $81,792 (pro-rata) plus super.
* Government funded until 30 June 2026 with possible extension.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Efficiently and effectively manage reception, incoming phone calls and correspondence, including emails.
* Respond to and process referrals and referral enquiries in a timely, sensitive, and effective manner.
* Maintain accurate client information management systems.
* Identify support needs of families and whether they meet the target criteria of the program.
About You
* Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in providing administration and intake support in a similar service.
* Strong administrative skills with accuracy, attention to detail, and data and record keeping skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Strong focus on attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
Other Requirements
* Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption.
* National Police Check or willingness to obtain.
* Current driver's licence.
* Legally able work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).
