We are looking for an established and talented full time Graphic Designer who believes that nothing is impossible. You'll work on a diverse mix of brands and campaigns for Rik & Ralph, assisting in building creative strategy and campaigns that push boundaries and exceed expectations. This is a role where your ideas, technical skills, and eye for detail will help deliver impactful creative that people love.

Core focus areas:
1. Craft & Execution
World Class Standards: Whether it's developing impactful visuals, motion content or compelling narrative, your work must be production ready and work seamlessly across traditional and non-traditional platforms.
Specialist Collaboration: assist in supporting the creative process end to end for key projects.
Attention to detail: ensure every detail matters when the finer ones that add the finishing touches to craft the bigger picture.
2. Partnership & Presence
Client Stewardship: Present with confidence to management and key stakeholders to influence buy in for creative concepts and strategy. You don't just "show" work; you articulate the why behind it, inspiring buy in through logic and passion.
Collaboration: work in partnership with the team, management and clients to develop, pitch and execute ideas and projects.
Positive proactive approach: nothing is impossible, you take a positive approach to feedback, to continuously learn and provide ongoing support and mentorship to the team, to deliver the best outcomes to our clients.
What You'll Bring
An established creative with 3+ years of experience in a high performing advertising or creative environment is essential.
Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Strong portfolio focused on branding and campaign work showcasing technical skill.
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and or Premier) with a meticulous eye for design, colour theory, typography, photography.
Experience in using AI tools and Figma for creative development and idea generation.
Experience in creative and conceptual thinking skills in a design, with experience in premium finishing, editing videos, motion/still graphic development.
Dynamic Operators: The organisational skills to balance multiple high pressure projects concurrently within timelines without breaking a sweat.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to receive and incorporate feedback, adapt to edits, and navigate shifts in creative direction.
Focus on the finer details with the ability to focus on the details when executing and refining the elements to execute big picture projects.
