About The Role

As a member of the professional audiologists’ team at Audika, you will work independently, providing services to HSP, DVA, private, and insurance clients. This includes performing hearing assessments, prescriptions, fittings, and consultations. You will have access to the latest hearing aid technology from various manufacturers, offering you tremendous job satisfaction and better client outcomes.

Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive hearing services for a diverse clientele, including HSP, DVA, private, and insurance clients.
* Perform accurate hearing assessments to ensure precise diagnostics.
* Prescribe and fit hearing aids tailored to individual needs.
* Participate enthusiastically in local marketing events to raise awareness and promote hearing services.
You will be very successful in this role if you are:
* Experienced Audiologist/Audiometrist: Bring extensive experience in audiology and familiarity with hearing device products.
* Qualified Professional (QP) with Membership: Hold a QP qualification and maintain active membership with a recognized audiological body.
* Dedicated to advancing hearing health knowledge and contributing to our mission.
* Proven Commercial Acumen: Demonstrate the ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a dynamic market.
* Empathetic Communicator: Use your strong interpersonal skills and empathy to build meaningful relationships with clients.
