Qualifications & experience
* 3+ years of professional experience in a sales or account management role.
* Experience in the Hospitality or food industry (chef, front-of-house operations, events, catering) is preferred but not essential.
* Preferred previous experience within the Food industry, selling to National Foodservice distributors, QSR chains, FMCG, independent retail stores, other manufacturers and large food organisations.
* A Bachelor's degree in Business or Food Science would be beneficial but not essential.
* Proven experience working with cross-functional teams in a professional and efficient manner.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance; conducting research; and recommending new opportunities.
* New business development through new client acquisitions.
* Solution-based selling with a focus on NPD and innovation.
* Identifies product improvements or new products by staying current with industry trends, market activity, and competitors' moves.
* Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information.
* Client meetings: virtual and in person, Sydney metro, Regional NSW, and interstate.
* Represents tANK at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
* Track record in managing large accounts and key relationship management.
* Interstate travel may be required.
Benefits
* Base Salary $70,000 to $95,000 (dependent on experience).
* $15,000 car allowance.
* 12% superannuation.
* OTE $135,000.
