Located within a busy medical centre, our pharmacy plays an essential role in delivering high-quality healthcare to the local community.
This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled dispensary technician who enjoys variety—balancing dispensary tasks with customer-facing retail duties.
Your Role:
In this dual-capacity position, you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks that support both the dispensary and front-of-shop operations, including:
Accurately and efficiently preparing and dispensing medications
Assisting with packing of Dose Administration Aids (DAAs)
Supporting inventory control, stock rotation, and ordering within the dispensary
Providing professional and friendly customer service on the shop floor
Assisting with OTC product recommendations and general enquiries
Ensuring shelves are merchandised and the retail space is well-presented
You'll work closely with a supportive pharmacy team and be part of a workplace that values quality care and collaboration.
What We're Looking For
Completion of, or current enrolment in,Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy(essential)
Prior experience in a dispensary technician role
Excellent attention to detail and familiarity with pharmacy procedures
Strong customer service skills and a willingness to support in front-of-shop duties
A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
