HOBAN are currently recruiting staff to work for the local Government elections across Victoria commencing mid-November.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the election by taking calls from voters who require their vote to be taken over the phone
- Have a genuine passion for delivering the highest level of customer experience
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when entering data in real time onto ballots
Your skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced call centre environment is desirable
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates a high level of empathy and understanding
- Displays a high level of integrity and respect for others
