Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Penrith, NSW. The Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with on-premise and off-premise customers, including bars, restaurants, bottle shops, and national or local retail partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting accounts, presenting the product range, securing new placements, managing orders, and ensuring strong in-store and on-tap visibility. The role also involves coordinating tastings and events, supporting brand activations, monitoring competitor activity, and reporting on sales performance. The Sales Representative will collaborate closely with the brewing, marketing, and operations teams to ensure accurate forecasting, timely deliveries, and consistent brand representation.
Qualifications
* Proven sales, account management, or field merchandising experience, ideally in beverages, FMCG, or hospitality.
* Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, with a focus on customer service and long-term partnerships.
* Solid organizational and time‐management skills, including territory planning, visit scheduling, and accurate record‐keeping.
* Comfort working in a target‐driven environment, with the ability to analyze basic sales data and adjust activities accordingly.
* Genuine interest in craft beer, brewing, and the broader hospitality industry, with the ability to learn and speak confidently about products.
* Ability to work predominantly on‐site and in the field in and around Penrith, including regular travel to customer venues.
* Current driver's license and reliable transport.
* Experience working with POS/sales systems or CRM tools is beneficial.
* Previous experience in hospitality, retail liquor, or beer sales is an advantage.
