As the National Events Manager, you will oversee the execution of our national expo program and manage the operations of our Melbourne showroom. This role combines strategy, operations, and people management in a hands-on environment.
You will be responsible for logistics, event partnerships, and staff management to deliver world-class brand experiences. With frequent interstate travel, you will drive standards and inspire your team.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver the national expo program and manage logistics, freight, stand builds, and on-site operations
* Lead showroom operations and customer journey design
* Recruit, train, and manage up to 20 staff members
* Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams
* Manage performance metrics and share insights for business decisions
Requirements
* Proven experience leading large-scale events or experiential programs
