Position Overview
We are seeking apprentice Carpenters to join our team. The ideal candidate will gain experience in both new home and renovations. With interest to lean how to read plans, follow safety procedures, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
* Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment safely
* Collaborate team members on-site
* Ensure work meets quality standards and project deadlines
Qualifications
* Strong worth ethic and desire to learn
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
