About The Role
Are you looking for a role that has no shift work, weekends or public holidays? Lumus Imaging at Werribee Mercy Hospital are looking to expand their team. We are seeking a patient-focused, dynamic and team orientated Registered Nurse or EEN to work closely with our imaging team on a casual basis. The working hours for this role are typically 9am-5pm. With a strong emphasis on patient care and a positive team culture, we are looking for enthusiastic Nurses who share our core company values of excellent care, working together and empathy for everyone.

About you
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team so you will be able to assist radiographers and sonographers with patient transfers and examination preparations.
* Highly developed communication skills, both spoken and written and a positive self-directed attitude to your role.
* Ability to provide procedural care and support including pre and post patient monitoring.
* Performing duties in accordance with Company protocols and ensuring high attention to detail and quality when completing required documentation.
* Coordinating, planning, scheduling and assisting our Radiologists with interventional procedures (training provided).
* Ability to cannulate (essential).
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent and current AHPRA Registration.
* Relevant Working with Children checks.
Experience within Medical imaging, Emergency or Surgical scrub nursing is not essential however would be highly beneficial. Full Radiology nursing training will be provided.
