About the role: We are seeking casual motivated and energetic Shop Assistants with a can-do attitude for our Anglicare Op Shop in Manly. You will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of people in need, in and around the community. You will have a passion for all things made new and great customer service qualities and skills. Your Opportunity Ensure shop monies are always secure and a safe workplace is maintained Provide excellent customer service and a holistic experience to customers Provide leadership to Volunteers and be a role model to engender an environment where Anglicare’s mission and vision are embraced. Ensure Volunteers are supported and foster strong teamwork Complete and submit appropriate shop paperwork in an accurate and timely manner What You’ll Bring Previous experience in a retail environment Valid Working with Children's Check WWCC (or willing to obtain) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Great customer Service attitude The ability to relate to a diverse customer group with compassion and kindness Why Anglicare?
